Having worked in big and small companies, and having lived a sudden transition from a “garage” setting indie development with 4 colleagues in northern France to working for a world-class publishing company in NYC, I learned a lot of practices that would have easily applied to my previous experiences and would have saved time and money. This talk is about these learnings and is intended for smaller studios who wonder what is done differently with a publisher, and generally about best practices in development, marketing and liveops.
