Nick Clarkson’s adventures in video games began in retail back in the early 80s. In 1986 he began reviewing games, going on to edit a number of games magazines. In 1990 Nick joined Sheffield-based publisher Gremlin Graphics before going on to work at Ocean Software. Nick’s journey has seen him work for a number of publishers in many different roles; usually connected to marketing. Nick’s been with Merge Games for three years now and loves the business – “Things move at such a pace, there’s never a dull moment. I’m lucky to work with such a great team, every day’s an adventure.” Merge Games is an independent video game publisher that focuses on titles for PC and consoles. Merge Games is one of the few indie publishers that operates globally in both the digital and physical marketplaces.
